We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@monetuk.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please quote the order number in the subject line. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item. If the return meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund via the original payment method within [number of days] days. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photos of the damage or defect. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you or provide a full refund, including shipping charges.
